Benoît Miribel
Benoît Miribel has been Director General of Fondation Mérieux, which specializes in infectious diseases, particularly in developing countries, since January 2007.
General Secretary
Philippe Lacoste
Philippe Lacoste is General Secretary of Fondation Mérieux. Since 1988 he has occupied various finance and administration positions in the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany for the bioMérieux Group. In 2007 he led the business process transformation for bioMérieux via the implementation of a global ERP (SAP), before joining the Foundation in February 2010.
Medical Director
Christophe Longuet
Christophe Longuet has been Medical Director at Foundation Mérieux since March 2007. He is a doctor specializing in tropical medicines and HIV / AIDS, and worked at Hôpital Bichat Claude Bernard in Paris for twelve years (1995–2007). There he worked on clinical research into the HIV virus and malaria, as well as tropical diseases and people living with HIV.
Scientific Director
Guy Vernet
Guy Vernet has been the Scientific Director of Fondation Mérieux since January 2008. Doctor in biochemistry from Claude Bernard University in Lyon, Guy Vernet occupied during 18 years (1990–2007) several positions within the R&D Department of bioMérieux. He has led many research projects with the goal to improve the diagnosis of major human pathologies, in particular HIV infection, hepatitises and tuberculosis.

Dr Bénédicte Contamin
Benedicte Contamin is in charge of the projects for Fondation Mérieux in Madagascar since October 2006.

Dr François-Xavier Babin
François-Xavier Babin has run the Fondation Mérieux programs in Cambodia since November 2004, and those in South-East Asia and China since November 2006.
Director of Les Pensières
Paul-Maurice Morel
Paul-Maurice Morel is responsible for the management of Les Pensières, Fondation Mérieux International Conference Centre in Annecy. For the past 5 years, he has opened the centre to a larger public whilst at the same time conserving the founding principles and spirit of Fondation Mérieux.
