A pharmacist and biologist, he also brought his expertise, especially in the area of pneumonia, to the scientific exchanges and research conducted within the international GABRIEL network.
His death is a tremendous loss for the teams and scientists who worked with him, but also for public health in Mali, which he upheld through his commitment to enhancing the quality of practice in the field of biology.
