This four-month course was created specifically for the project, to meet the needs of laboratory technicians. It was offered to four laboratory staff members for training and coaching, preparing them to become future laboratory managers in their respective provinces.

This specialized training program in medical technology management, particularly in the field of medical laboratory management, aims to train laboratory technicians with knowledge and skills in global laboratory management. Upon completion, students should be able to initiate and develop solutions to improve their laboratories, while maintaining professional ethics and integrity in line with the principles of medical technology.

Thanks to the grant awarded by the Mérieux Foundation, the students left on Monday May 6 and were welcomed by the Chiang Mai University team for this intensive training course. At the end of this period, they will return to their respective laboratories to put into practice what they have learned, thus contributing to the development and improvement of healthcare services in their provinces.
